Jessie has had hands on experience in Surveys for Site Design, Cadastral Surveys, Mortgage, Roadway corridors, Roadway Design and Construction methods using both electronic and manual methodologies. He claims as his true area of expertise design survey, including collecting, processing, post processing, cleanup, digital terrain modeling, and delivery to the customer, usually the design engineer.

Jessie also has first hand knowledge of all kinds of survey data collection software including some that admittedly nobody but the author has heard of. His recent papers and presentations include:

• "Florida DOT's Electronic Field Book" POB April 1992
• "Data Collection Field Procedures using EFB"

In the past, Jessie worked for CAiCE Software Corporation and his diverse accomplishments and experiences include: participation in the product support network, assisting program developers with the importation of electronic formats, and the editing of various formats of survey data. He has also been instrumental in the development of training materials and has been a Training Facilitator and a Project Manager. In addition, he has been involved with the delivery of electronic survey data for major projects on FL highways and been the manager of a surveying company.

Jessie's background and education include service in the Navy, a BS in Civil Engineering and an AS in Computer Management. He has continued his education with various computer courses. He is a welcome addition to the SurveyorCentral.com family of experts.
